Once a working barn located on a site rich in history and wildlife, this structure has been thoughtfully reimagined into a warm, communal space for living, gathering, and celebration. The renovation honors the barn’s heritage through handcrafted details and natural materials, including striking shou sugi ban siding and exposed original trusses. Designed with a flexible open layout that blends interior and exterior spaces and anchored by a custom commercialized kitchen. Blending rustic character with intentional design, the barn now serves as a creative hub — a place for connection, story, and shared experience.
